About Wingcraft Models
Wingcraft Models is a family workshop in the Philippines that hand-carves custom scale models of real aircraft. Founder Noel Pineda has been carving aircraft for more than 30 years, and the people who sand, paint and pack each model beside him are family.

Who makes Wingcraft models?
Noel Pineda and his family make every model by hand in their workshop in the Philippines. For years the workshop built models that other companies sold under their own names. Today we sell directly, so you talk to the people building your aircraft and pay no middleman.
In that time the workshop has finished more than 10,000 models of trainers, business jets, airliners, warbirds and helicopters for pilots, owners and collectors in more than 15 countries. Most of our customers are in the United States.
How is each model made?
Each model goes through four hand-made stages over about three months, with photos sent to you after each one:
- Carving the wood (about 3–4 weeks): We study photos and drawings of your aircraft, then carve and sand the fuselage, wings and tail from solid wood until the shape matches.
- Putty and primer (about 2–3 weeks): Layers of putty and primer fill the grain and seal the wood so the surface is smooth, waterproof and ready for paint. The base colours go on here.
- Hand painting (about 2–3 weeks): Our painter adds the livery by hand: stripes, pinstripes, logos and registration, checked against your photos.
- Final details (usually under a week): Antennas, propellers, engine fans and the other small parts go on last. We photograph the finished model for your approval, then pack it for shipping.
