Custom helicopter models, built from your photos
Helicopters are harder to model than fixed-wing aircraft. The cabin shape, rotor head, skids and tail rotor all need to look right from every angle. Our workshop has built Robinson R44s, Airbus EC130s, Hughes MD500s and Sikorskys, as well as large-scale helicopter display models.

The details we pay attention to
We carve the cabin and tail boom from wood, then add the rotor blades, rotor head, skids or landing gear, tail rotor and antennas. The paint scheme, registration and any operator logos are painted by hand from your photos.
If your helicopter has floats, a cargo hook, searchlight or other equipment, include photos of those and we'll build them in.
Who orders helicopter models
Private owners, tour and charter operators, EMS and utility crews, and pilots marking a career milestone. A model of a specific airframe makes a meaningful gift for a crew or a retiring pilot.
Size, timeline and price
Standard models are 12" (from $230) or 15" (from $275), and we also build large display helicopters on request. Most orders take 75 to 90 days, and FedEx shipping is included worldwide.
